A long 10 and a half hour overnight flight from Nandi to Los Angeles, neither of us had much sleep but such is life!

Arrived in LAX and eventually found our pre-arranged ground transportation which got us to the Universal City Hilton, high up on the hill in Hollywood right at the doorstep to Universal Studios.

It was mid afternoon on arrival there and with lack of sleep we both bedded in for a couple of hours lie down.

Freshened up and headed downstairs for something to eat. Little did we know it was Seafood Buffet Night. And boy was it what! One of the best seafood buffets I’ve ever had! Huge amoutns of seafood – marinated, cold, garlic and butter steaming hot mussels and bugs, huge King Crab legs, lobster thermidor etc etc. Then there was a huge Asian buffet as par tof it – you name it, a huge buffet!

BUT, the best part MARG!!!!!! was the warm flowing chocolate fountain with piles of big fat marshmallows and beautiful strawberries just waiting for takers! i took!! YUMMMMM!!!!!!! Even one of the waiters walked past our table, saw my plate and said ‘more???’ Yep!

And of course we had a bottle of wine to go with it all of course.

First full nights sleep after that and I think we had a good 10 or 11 hours sleep.
